great stay but room needs more attention
The food was delicious, especially on Yom Kippur evening! The housekeeping service maintained a clean environment throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and provided helpful explanations when needed.
The Executive Room with Terrace could use better maintenance.

No complains at all, the venue met expectation, 100% recommend it. Overall it was a peaceful stay on vacation. The location was best possible, staff were very friendly. The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a fantastic area. Very clean restaurant provided Russian dishes.

Good location, easy to find and right on the beach, all windows to the sea, good variety of food, spacious room with the balcony. Best regards to ladies at the spa (except receptionist).
It looks like it was good hotel, but falling apart. At the moment it needs to invest in to repairement and staff. I have had a feeling that I am in Russia or Byelorussia as most of employees are fluent in Russian, but very basic in English. Some of the staff have very soviet type attitude to customers.

Private beach access is great, but late check-out on Shabbat was inconvenient.

There's not much to recommend this hotel. It was very shabby, old, and quite worn down. The rooms were not particularly clean, the hallways were very dark and depressing, and the lobby smelled very bad (of some kind of air freshener that reminds one of a toilet bowl). The hotel staff were agreeable, but not very energetic or helpful. The food was sub-par, and despite the fact that it was free (our reservation included dinner and breakfast), it did not seem like a good value. The hotel is located on the beach front for the dead sea, which is convenient, but the area around the beach was filled with construction activities and chain link fences. It definitely did not feel like a luxury resort hotel, which is how it was advertised. It felt more like a cheap motel.
The hotel reservation was far above what I would expect to pay for the quality of the place. We paid $220/night and thought we were going to be staying in a 3-4 star hotel. Very wrong! It was more like a 1-2 star motel. I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice spa-like place to stay. In fact I would not recommend anyone to this hotel given how shabby and rundown it was.

It was very very loud - very loud unbearable Eastern music in the pool. Closed window did not help - no sound insulation. And very loud guests.

The location right by the Dead Sea felt very nice. The main pool area is spacious, with ample lounge chairs, but sometimes it was hard to find one. The beach access was a plus, and the views from my room were fine. I had an Executive Room and it was quite spacious, but some of the furnishings felt a bit dated. The food served in the restaurant varied and was generally tasty. The breakfast options were limited compared to what I expected for a hotel of this caliber, especially on some mornings. I also noticed the restaurant staff seemed a bit stretched during peak hours, which affected service times. My room wasn't cleaned daily as thoroughly as I hoped. I found dust in the corners. Housekeeping could improve their attention to detail. The staff at reception was friendly, but some were a little indifferent at times. I had a relaxing time, but improvements in some service areas would enhance the experience.

No reason to complain, enjoyed my very good stay and would definitely book again. That was extremely convenient hotel set in beach area, so close to public areas and bedrooms as well as the center of Tel-Aviv or New York. The location was magnificent and beautiful, not too far away from Segregated Beach. The food I tried was outstanding and they have good choice of meals to choose from.
